California Consumer Privacy Notice
This California Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”) and visit the LendUp.com website (the “Site”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
For the purposes of this California Privacy Notice, "Personal Data" means information that is linked or reasonably linkable to a particular individual or household. However, the following categories of information are not Personal Data:
- Publicly available information;
- Deidentified or aggregated data; or
- Information otherwise excluded from the scope of the CPRA.
Introduction
LendUp, LLC (“LendUp,” “LendUp.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect and process certain personal information directly – for instance, if you contact us through a form we own or sign up for our communications. However, in many cases, we host forms or links from our third-party partners (“Partners”) that collect and process your information independently. When you submit information to our Partners, LendUp does not have access to or control over that data.
Your Rights Under the CCPA
California consumers have the right to request a disclosure of what categories and specific pieces of information were collected on them, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business purposes for collecting or selling the information, and the categories of third parties to whom the information was shared. If the Company sells or shares personal information for a business purpose, California consumers have the right to request a disclosure of the categories of personal information collected on them, the categories of personal information sold or shared, the categories of information disclosed for a business purpose, the categories of buyers of the information, and what categories of personal information were sold or shared to which categories of buyers.
California consumers have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by the Company. California Consumers have a right to request deletion of their personal information collected by the Company. California consumers have the right not to be discriminated against by a business on account of their exercise of any of these rights.
Information LendUp May Collect Directly
When you interact with us directly – for example, by emailing us, completing a contact form on our Site that we own, or signing up for our newsletter – LendUp may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, or similar identifiers.
- Communications: The content of messages you send us or questions you submit.
- Internet/Network Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and information about your interactions with our Site (via cookies or similar technologies).
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide support, improve our Site, and communicate with you. We may also use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and service improvement.

We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. The Site is not currently configured to respond to Do Not Track signals.
